Thor Martinsen, PhD

I'm  a  Captain in  the United  States  Navy. I currently serve as Associate Professor of Applied Math & Electrical  Engineering   at  the Naval Postgraduate School. Here I teach  and conduct  research  in  Applied   Mathematics, Cybersecurity and Electronic    Warfare.   I    have   15   years    of    NPS 

    experience, and  previously  served  two

     decade   as   a   Cryptologic   Warfare            Officer in numerous, Cyber, SIGINT,

                and    EW    assignments  

                   ashore  and   afloat.
